The mobile charger HFR48-Swift on wheels is a modification of a succesfull charger HFR48. From there it takes over all proofed features that are practically identical.
This mobile charger has some modification in mechanical construction that changes a stationary charger into a mobile, easily transferable charger with a powerful output performance. One feature that is not present in a standard design is another output filter that reduces output voltage ripple.
The charger is equipped with wheels with a locking device preventing it from unwanted movement. Two handles on both sides allows easy transfer. The cable holders on sides eliminate the need to detache the input and output cables. The display with control elements on the front panel can be manufactured on request as slightly skewed to make its reading and parameter setting easier.
On the top of the charger there are three signal lamps indicating operational status in accordance to a used charging characteristic.
red is on when there is a failure in the charger
yellow is on when indicating charging with current limitation – charakteristic I and charging in U phase - voltage limitation
green is inverse to yellow and is on if the charging is in a finishing phase I2, i.e. the battery is almost charged
red is on when there is a failure in the charger
yellow indicates running with current limitation - I characteristic
green is inverse to yellow and is on if the output current is lower than maximum set valueThe charger's features can be expanded by a battery identifier with a connection to a Central monitoring system.
